Membership Information

If you handle dealer issues on a daily basis, NADC membership is essential to your practice or organization. Join NADC today to become part of a network of members actively engaged in the industry.

The NADC was formed by and for lawyers who work in the unique dealer environment. Membership is open to:

  • Practicing attorneys who serve the needs of auto, truck, motorcycle, boat, motor home and all terrain vehicle dealers.
  • Trade Association executives who represent dealers (in a non-lawyer capacity) are eligible for trade association executive membership.
  • Companies and organizations who support the NADC and are interested in furthering NADC goals are eligible for associate membership. This is an organizational membership which allows any team member of the company or organization to create a website account and access the benefits of an associate member. 
  • Retired attorneys who are officially retired from the practice of law, with no active representation of clients (except for mediation); are current NADC members at the time of retirement and were active members for at least 10 years, may join under this category. There is no cost, however retired members will not have access to NADA materials and the Spot Delivery. Please e-mail info@dealercounsel.com for an application. 
The NADC Board of Directors reviews all applications for approval. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for review.

This membership category is for members of organizations that already have one NADC Full Member or Trade Association Executive.

Associate

Annual Dues: $1,500

This membership category is reserved for companies and organizations that support the NADC and are interested in furthering NADC goals. 

Membership benefits include:

  • Access to members-only meetings (registration fees required)

  • Subscription to the online version of the Spot Delivery®, a CounselorLibrary newsletter
