As a Retired Member you will enjoy the privilege of remaining a member at no cost. See below the criteria  and benefits for becomine a "Retiree Member". 

Criteria:

1. Must be officially retired from the practice of law, with no active representation of clients (except for mediation)
2. Must be a current NADC member at the time of retirement
3. Must have been an active member for at least 10 years.

Note: This application will be subject to approval by the Board of Directors.

Benefits:

1. Opportunity to attend NADC conferences (registration fee and travel costs will be at your own expense)
2. Access to the list-serve, website, newsletter, and mid-week News alert.

Note: Retiree members will not have access to NADA materials or Spot Delivery.
