NADA Educational Content

In partnership with NADA, NADC members (Full, Fellow and Trade Association Executive categories) have access to certain categories of NADA’s educational materials offered on their website.


We hope you will take advantage of the educational resources provided by the NADA. As an NADC member you have access to materials covering a variety of topics from among the following categories of materials: (1) Driven Management Guides; (2) NADA Webinars: (3) Recordings of NADA Show Workshops (and accompanying material), and (4) Interactive Online Courses.

Please note that you must be a NADC member in good standing to receive access to these materials.  Associate (vendor) Members are not eligible for access to this content.

Accessing Materials

Current Members as of 2/7/22: NADA has created user accounts for all eligible members.

  • All current members as of 2/7/22 should have received a welcome email from customerservice@nada.org with directions for changing your password. 
  • Go to: https://www.nada.org.
  • Select the blue "Login" button in the upper right hand corner and select on “Reset Password” in the lower left area.
  • Enter the email address associated with your NADC membership account and press the green "Submit" button.
  • This will send an email with a link to reset your password. (You may need to check your spam and/or junk folders for the email)
  • Access the email and at the bottom you will notice “To create a new password and login: Click here."  Click on that link.
  • You will be prompted to enter your old password. Enter "NADA100".
  • Create and confirm a New Password and select the blue "Change Password" button.
  • Once successful, this will return you to the main nada.org homepage and you will retain your login credential.
  • Select on the "Education" tab along the top to access those learning initiatives referenced by NADC welcome email.
  • The first time you launch an education offering, you will be prompted to accept the Licensing Agreement.

New Members after 2/7/22:

  • At the end of the month you join, you will receive a welcome email from customerservice@nada.org with a link to access your profile and reset your password.  (You may need to check your spam and/or junk folders for the email)
  • Click on the link to reset your password. (Note that the link in the email will only be valid for 7 days from the date of the email)
  • You will be viewing your profile page; select the green button in the top left titled “NADA Homepage” to return to the nada.org main website.
  • Once on the NADA website, you will need to accept the terms before you can view the member content.
